What the site does
Roof Replacement Brisbane is a referral website. We pass enquiries to independent local roofing contractors in Greater Brisbane. We do not carry out roofing work ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.
Your agreement is with the contractor
Any quote, contract, payment, timetable, warranty or guarantee for roofing work is between you and the contractor who does it. Before you agree to anything, check the contractor's licence on the QBCC register, ask for proof of insurance, and read the contract carefully. Disputes about the work are between you and the contractor; the QBCC has processes for some building disputes in Queensland.
