We take enquiries from across Greater Brisbane. There is no shopfront or office to visit; the contractor comes to you.
What to tell us
The more we know, the faster the right contractor can help:
- Your suburb and the type of house (for example a highset timber home, a lowset brick home or a townhouse)
- The roof material, if you know it, and roughly how old the house is
- What you have noticed: leaks, stains, rust, cracked tiles, storm damage
- Whether you are after a repair, a full replacement, or advice on which you need
- Whether an insurance claim is involved
Photos taken safely from the ground or from inside the roof space are very helpful. Please do not climb onto the roof.
Landlords, agents and body corporates
Property managers and committees are welcome to get in touch on behalf of owners. Let us know who should be contacted to arrange access, whether tenants need notice, and who approves the quote. For larger buildings, see commercial roof replacement.
What happens next
We pass your details to an independent local roofing contractor, who contacts you to arrange an inspection. The inspection and quote are free, and there is no obligation. If no contractor is available for your job, we will tell you.
