A referral website
Roof Replacement Brisbane is a referral website. Work is carried out by independent local contractors. When you contact us, we pass your enquiry to a roofing contractor who may be able to help. That contractor is a separate business. They inspect, quote, contract with you and do the work.
We do not employ the contractors, supervise their work, or guarantee their availability, prices, workmanship, timing or conduct.
Licences and insurance
We ask the contractors we work with to hold the licences and insurance the job needs. You should still check for yourself. In Queensland, roofing contractors are licensed by the QBCC, whose online register lets you search a licence. Asbestos removal is regulated by Workplace Health and Safety Queensland. Ask to see a licence and a current certificate of insurance before work starts.
General information only
The guides, FAQs and cost ranges on this site are general information to help you plan. They are not advice about your property, and they are not legal, financial, insurance or engineering advice. Price bands on the cost page are indicative only; a real price needs an on-site quote. Where the site refers to regulations, approvals or product guidance, confirm the current position with the authority, your certifier or the manufacturer before acting.
No obligation
An inspection and quote arranged through this site is free, and you are never obliged to accept a quote.
